Last week, there was no first public sales (1) aired where the buyer was eager to make an order without requirements for the pre-order pass. While some users see long shipping days, some quickly get units. Soon after, users began to complain about the weaknesses in the design of the unit they received and the problem by asking for a replacement for the same thing. Previously, we saw users complaining about the green color on the screen, and the black dot near the punch hole watched on the Nothing Phone screen (1). Now, the company must deal with new problems in the design of the back panel of nothing (1).

No telephone (1) design problem

A user reports a problem on Twitter, quoting a disability that is identical in the design. Meanwhile, we also ordered no telephone (1) black variant and, after opening the telephone box (1), seeing defects in the design. In both cases, the unique rear design of Nothing Nothing Phone (1) has an alignment problem with wire ribbons. When asking for a request for a replacement, we witnessed the problem when continuing with the same thing, with Flipkart reporting errors in taking a request for return/replacement. Handling problems to Twitter, we discuss this problem to Flipkart and none.

Flipkart Support – (in return for complaints) – said: “Thank you for reaching us through DM and sharing the requested order ID. We certainly understand your concern here. Please make sure that the team actively works to solve your problem. We will contact you to discuss this further. “The company has not responded to this problem, and we are still waiting for a reply.

Other users on Twitter have a complaint that they chose a replacement for any telephone (1), and the company sent any damaged telephone (1) to them as a substitute.
