Please make sure that the team actively works to solve your problem. We will contact you to discuss this further. “The company has not responded to this problem, and we are still waiting for a reply.
Other users on Twitter have a complaint that they chose a replacement for any telephone (1), and the company sent any damaged telephone (1) to them as a substitute.
